  1. _v_*Water Report-- Ollie’s STATUS report regarding propane generator back-up system start-up 01/11/21.(_t_*) Upper solar battery back-up or propane: Board members (Mike & Ollie, etc) will do a “walk-around” to assess lower & upper Tank before next mtg on 04/10/21

  2. Confirm costs lower pump generator system purchase & installation (+ pumphouse deck build fee): _t_* $_6,100_total (includes $3600 deal on Kohler generator; 1yr maintenance)

  3. Approved 1x general dues assessment _v_* @ $175 for above water pump generator improvements
