ALSO: All members need to consider "Successful Fundraising" RCAC suggested process

2.___* MOTION approve loan for servicing of "Well # 03" @ $ 40,000 completed within 1-2yrs; and replacing the "3 Pressure Reducing Stations" @ $ 60,000 within 3-5yrs.

3. ___* MOTION 2021 Annual Dues increase of 26.2% ($225) to total $1085 (or $1000 if pd by 06/30/21 @ 8%loss=$4000/yr) for budget & RCAC Capital Improvements (see State Regulations and our by-laws); offer monthly installment plan @ $109/month or $320/quarter July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, w/late fees added, if not paid on time.

4. __*MOTION: remove the $85 on-time July 1 2022 payment discount ( $4000 annual loss)

propane generator back-up system and deck, plus upper solar battery back-up

a)_c__Pump generator system purchase & installation (tank fee + pumphouse deck build): $9000 total payment approved as immediate mandated Capital Improvements

b)_c__Tree work “defensible space” at 2 Water Tanks: $450 for 10+ trees
