Acknowledge: BOD members (see below); Contractors: Denise Farley (bookkeeper thru 06.15.20), Fred Luna (water system) Kevin Cassidy (road repairs); and the Sunrise Mtn Community Concerns communicators: Joy Lovinger (emails) and Denise Owen (phone)

--Joy regarding neighbor Tony Goodwin’s “Emergency System for GMRS band”

SMMHOA Board approved exemption to “Annual meeting” ByLaws: emergency virtual mtg

  1. Annual Water Report: __*Fred’s report including State mandated Water System Capital Improvement projections; Pump Generators discussion (Fred Luna & Oliver Harris)

--The Board of Directors has established a separate Water Systems Capital Improvement account for State Water Board Compliance, and a WSCI Task Force (Rev. Joe & Gloria A)

--FYI: Dues proportionate on 1 or more lots or sites, and FULL on any separate living unit

  1. Road Repair Report: __* Kevin Cassidy’s report regarding 2019-present

--Volunteer Day: Saturday, August 08, 2020 begins outside Denise Owen’s (#80 Sunrise) @ 10am followed by Social Distanced “Take-Out Order” lunch @ 2pm at Mike Kemp’s and coordinated by Angie (sandwich order) and Mike (beverages). BYO mask, please.

--Mike Kemp for Water Leak reporting & status with community notification through Denise Owen (telephone) and Joy Lovinger community email blast;

--Anne Hatt (treasurer) for Dues related concerns

--Kevin Cassidy for Road Damage related concerns


COMMUNITY CONCERNS AND INTERESTS Identified:

--Sunbeam signage: private rd, no trespassing, etc.; discussion (thank you Matthew)

--Task Force on fire prevention update: Gloria and Oliver

--Fire Evacuation: No on-street parking of cars, trailers, mobile homes (15 ft from center ?)

--Cazadero Postmaster’s postal box installations update: Contact Postmaster

--Acknowledge adherence to “leave no items at bus stop shed”...Yay!
